During this falls prevention workshop, learn strategies to maintain health and wellness, and how to prevent injuries at home and in the community. Learn exercises you can do at home to promote strength, balance, flexibility and endurance now and for life.

Optimizing Your Health & Wellness

FREE Monthly Education Workshops in partnership with Grey Bruce Health Services taking place on the second Tuesday of every month and are designed for those who had a stroke, heart surgery, heart attack, or who have had other heart conditions including high blood pressure or cholesterol; or are at risk. Register through our Cardiac Rehab office, 519-376-4832.
