Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registered Programs

  • Program fees are refundable prior to the start date of the first class. Advanced aquatic and first aid course fees are refundable up to two weeks prior to course start date. 
  • Refunds will not be given on or after start date except for medical reasons (doctor's note required).
  • A service charge of $10 is applicable for every refund.

Memberships

  • Membership refunds on annual memberships are given for valid medical reasons only (doctor's note required). If you move, your membership can be transferred to your new YMCA.
  • Continuous monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to YMCA Membership Services 10 days prior to your withdrawal date.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.  

Class/Program Cancellations

  • Programs may be combined or cancelled due to insufficient registration (full refunds will be given for cancelled programs fee)
  • Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather/unforeseen circumstances and will not be made up at a later date
  • Drop-in classes may be cancelled if participation is low. A minimum of 5 participants is required for group fitness classes, attendance will be monitored for 3 weeks before cancelling.
