Youth, Teen and Adult Swim Lessons

Our youth, teen and adult swimming lessons are designed for both people who are learning to swim, and for those who would like some extra practice.

Level Age Description
In Be'tween' Lessons 11 to 15 This program is designed for tweens and teens that want to learn to swim but are too old for regular swimming lessons and too young for adult lessons.  Content will be based on the needs of the swimmers.  Please state swimming ability at time of registration.
 
Masters All ages Stroke techniques, stroke starts & turns, leadership skills, completion of Lifesaving Society Star Patrol level. 6 hours of volunteer apprenticeship is required prior to course completion
 
Teen/Adult Lessons - Shallow 16 yrs. + It’s never too late to take the plunge!  Learn the basics of swimming with the guidance of an instructor.  Set your own goals and work at your own pace to improve.
 
Teen/Adult Lessons - Deep 16 yrs. + Refine the strokes of your choice, develop endurance and learn new skills under the direction of an instructor.  Swim for fitness, health & life!  Must be comfortable in deep water. 
 
Private Lessons All ages Work one-on-one with an Instructor to improve strokes or skills that need a little extra practice.  Badges can not be obtained through these sessions.  All ages are welcome.  Bring your most recent swimming progress report with you for your lesson.  Please specify swimming or ability level at time of registration.
