Cardiac Rehabilitation
In partnership with Grey Bruce Health Services, the YMCA of Owen Sound Grey Bruce operates a cardiac rehabilitation program for adults who have suffered from a heart attack, undergone bypass surgery or who have experienced other coronary problems in the last two years.
Cardiac rehabilitation is a six month, medically supervised exercise and counselling program. A medical referral is required in order to participate.
